Items we accept...
We accept all kinds of gently used and like-new house wares, linens, clothing, shoes, furniture,
holiday decor, collectibles, toys and small electronics. You can box or bag your items and bring them right to our College
Avenue location at anytime! During most of our operating hours, we receive donations in our warehouse
located just east of our store. After hours, donations can be left in the designated area of that same building.
Our donation area is monitored by video surveillance.
We accept appliances. However, our past experience dictates that we need to charge the city disposal
fee for appliances, to cover those that don't sell. That fee is $20 for appliances without Freon, such as stoves,
dishwashers, washers and dryers. The fee for appliances with Freon, such as refrigerators, dehumidifiers and air conditioners,
is $25.
There is no fee for counter-top appliances.
Auto Donations
We accept all working cars, vans, SUVs, and pick-ups. You will be able to take a tax deductions for the fair market value
of your vehicle (always consult a tax consultant).
You can bring your auto to the St. Vincent de Paul thrift store any time during business hours, with or without an appointment.
Bring your signed title with you and we will take care of the rest!
